Human captures proof
A verified human travels to the location, holds up the freshness code, takes the photo. Original EXIF preserved, server-validated.
Money moves
GPS, timestamp, and freshness checks pass: principal wallet is debited, human is paid via Stripe Connect, platform retains 15%.

Anyone can build an API. The defensible work is the pipeline that says “yes, this photo was actually taken at this place, at this time, by this person.” That’s where we’re spending the effort.
